The DIN-161 Frequency input Modbus module converts analog input signals to digital data and transmits via RS-485 using the Modbus RTU protocol for communication. The module performs all signal conditioning, scaling, linearization and conversion to either linearized ASCII data values or Modbus percent of full scale binary values.
The DIN-161 Modbus frequency input modules measure the frequency signals between 1Hz and 20Khz. The module provides an isolated 15-bit measurement, analog to digital conversion
The DIN-161 Modbus frequency input modules measure the frequency of signals between 1hz and 20Khz. The module provides an isolated 15-bit measurement, analog to digital conversion and linearization of the digital data. The digital data values are scaled in 16-bit unsigned integer data format that represents a percentage of full scale frequency input range.
The DIN-161 performs all signal conditioning, the analog to digital conversion and produces a linearized digital output. The values are scaled in 16-bit unsigned integer format that represents a percentage of the full scale input range. The data values are transmitted to a host computer using the Modbus RTU serial protocol via an RS-485 serial port.
