D2600 Programmable Frequency Input Modules

The D2600 programmable Frequency input modules measure frequency and pulse signals. The frequency modules measure between 1Hz and 20Khz and the pulse input modules measure signals between 100uS and 30Seconds. Accumulator versions are also available.

The Frequency and pulse input modules provide an isolated 15-bit measurement, analog to digital conversion and a linearized data output scaled in engineering units. The scaled data is communicated using either RS-232 or RS-485.

The D2600 series programmable frequency input modules include user-selectable scaling of the ADC output data values to desired engineering units that match the application. See the Programming Supplement for more details and examples.

The D2600 series modules provide one discrete digital input that can also be used as a low speed events counter input.
