D6710 Modbus Digital Input Module

$245.00

The D6710 Modbus digital input module contains fifteen discrete digital inputs for sensing contact closures or other on/off signals. The discrete input bits can be read individually or all at once using the Modbus RTU serial protocol.

The digital input switching levels are less than +1Vdc equals a logic โ€œ0โ€ and greater than +3.5Vdc equals a logic โ€œ1โ€. Each digital input will accept DC voltages between 0-30Vdc without damage.

The digital input values are transmitted to a host computer using the Modbus RTU serial protocol via an RS-485 serial connection. The D6000 series supports up to 247 devices on one serial port.
