The Jewell LSRP Series inclinometer is an extremely sensitive, rugged transducer designed to provide horizontal angle or vertical deviation measurements with virtually infinite resolution. These fluid-damped compact, cylindrical-shaped sensors are stackable to meet the needs of applications with space constraints while facilitating the use of several inclinometers for multi-axis measurements.
The 750-200 tiltmeter series is a rugged, shock and vibration resistant, dual-axis tilt sensor designed for geotechnical applications. It is available in a small, convenient package and offers the options of 0-5Vdc or 4-20mA output signals.
The Jewell LSOX Single-Axis Analog Inclinometer series are a rugged, high precision tilt sensor designed for peak performance in extreme conditions. These RoHS compliant sensors feature a fluid damped mechanism to deliver superior noise rejection in high shock and vibration environments as well as excellent output stability. Units are available with a 6-pin connector, pin-terminals, or flying leads and in three different output versions (D, L, & S). LSOX-S is available with CE Certification.
The 750-150 tiltmeter is a high-performance, single-axis tilt sensor with the same specifications as the 750-100, but housed in a larger, more ruggedized, with an IP66 enclosure. The fluid damped mechanism delivers superior noise rejection in high shock and vibration environments as well as excellent output stability. Units are available with a 6-pin connector, pin-terminals, or a wired connection option. Available outputs include 0-5V and 4-20mA. Custom input ranges, filters, and temperature compensation are also available on request.
The Model 904-T Clinometer Pak unites our Model 900 Biaxial Clinometer with a weatherproof NEMA 4X (IP65) enclosure for indoor or outdoor applications that demand mechanical and environmental protection. Choose the high-gain, standard or wide-angle version, each with a different angular range. Clinometer Pak’s internal circuitry accepts a wide input voltage range and provides stable, low-impedance analog outputs for measurement by dataloggers, PLCs, digital voltmeters, and other recording devices. A temperature sensor is included as a standard feature. Options include viscous damping and 0-5 Volt output. This product is also available in a submersible stainless steel enclosure.
The JMA-100/200/300 series is available in single (JMA-100), dual (JMA-200), and triple (JMA-300) axis configurations. This presents a robust and rugged design for industrial use, but with the benefit of low-cost MEMS technology.
The JMI-100/200 series is a robust and rugged MEMS inclinometer available in single and dual-axis configurations. The low-cost MEMS technology is great for industrial use. These units are available in single-axis or dual-axis, and we also offer three output options: 0-5VDC (S series), 4-20mA (L series), and ±5VDC (D Series).
The model A603 platform mount tiltmeter is designed to fill the gap left by the obsoleted 520M.
Units come with the same leveling worm-gear feet that were on the 520M. The A603 also includes two switchable gains and two low-pass filter settings. Using an absolute gravity referenced electrolytic sensor, the A603 delivers ultra-high sensitivity to <2.5 nrad with virtually zero long-term drift. Output is a stable ±8 DC voltage (±16 VDC differential). Rugged, reliable, and extremely accurate, the A603 is the preferred choice for volcano monitoring, high-precision geotechnical engineering, precision metrology, radar platform leveling, and high-accuracy tilt monitoring applications worldwide.
The Model 701-2 Platform mount tiltmeter is our most popular design for high precision tilt measurements. Units come with built-in invar leveling legs, for easy installation on any horizontal surface. The A701-2 also includes two switchable gains and two low-pass filter settings. Using an absolute gravity-referenced electrolytic sensor, the A701 delivers ultra-high sensitivity to <0.1 µrad with virtually zero long-term drift. The output is a stable ±8 DC voltage (±16 VDC differential). The D701 digital version has onboard memory, with a storage capacity of up to 22,000 samples.
The model 781 is a precision, two-channel bench-top signal conditioner for use with all Jewell miniature tilt sensors. Powerful electronics generate balanced AC sensor excitation for up to two tilt channels (X and Y), then amplify, rectify and filter sensor response to produce a high-level DC output signal. Output is ±8 VDC single-ended (±16 VDC differential).
Units conveniently come with two switchable gain and filter settings (high/low; on/off) for added signal processing flexibility. The 781 also includes an amplifier for one LM35 temperature sensor and will drive tilt and temperature signals over 1000m cable lengths. All units include calibration when ordered with Jewell Instruments miniature tilt sensors. Rugged and reliable, the 781 is an ideal choice for any laboratory application.
The models A711-2 (floor-mount), and A716-2 (wall-mount) bolt or clamp to any surface, and are well suited for areas with heavy traffic or vibration. Electronic performance is identical to the model A701-2. Floor-mount models are available with a weatherproof NEMA 4X seal (A711-2 4X), or with an RS-232, RS-422, or RS-485 digital output (D711). D711 units also include onboard memory with a storage capacity of up to 22,000 samples. Units include two switchable gains and two low-pass filter settings and are sensitive to <0.1 µrad.
