D7730 Modbus TCP/IP Ethernet Digital Input/Output Module

$295.00

The D7730 Digital Output Module contains seven digital input bits, eight digital output bits and communicates using the Modbus TCP Ethernet protocol.

The digital inputs have TTL switching levels, <1V=logic “0” and >3.5Vdc=logic ”1”.  The inputs can accept 0-30Vdc signals without damage. The digital inputs contain internal pull-up resistors for direct connection to contact closures, relays, and annunciators.

The digital outputs are open-collector transistors, can sink up to 100mA per bit and can be pulled up to 30Vdc without damage. A user-programmable Initial Value register specifies the On/Off state of each bit on power-up

A communications Watchdog Timer can be enabled to force the digital outputs to a known “safe” condition in the event of a communications failure.  The “safe” state of each digital output bit is specified in the Initial Value register.
