WinWedge captures serial data, custom tailors it to your needs and then transfers the data to any Windows application – either by sending keystrokes to the application’s window or by passing the data through DDE (Dynamic Data Exchange) conversations.
WinWedge is designed to be highly flexible and can easily parse, filter, and format your device data to fit your project’s requirements. WinWedge can easily collect real-time data from DGH modules and can pass the data directly into EXCEL, ACCESS, LIMS, MMIs, Statistical and Math software, VB and other Windows DDE compatible programs. It can also transmit prompts or commands through the serial port to control your instruments.
The DGH data acquisition modules are ideal for use with WinWedge, offering analog input modules capable of measuring many different types of sensors. Including DC voltages, 4-20mA current loops, strain gauges, or eight different thermocouple temperature sensors. Along with the intuitive software interface, users can easily log system data into EXCEL for future analysis with minimal programming experience.
